This project represents the development and modernization of an urban park, designed to provide residents with a multifunctional, accessible and attractive green space. The architect’s main goal was to create an environment that promotes recreation, socialization and connection with nature, adapted to the demands of a modern lifestyle.
Spaces used:

1. Play areas for children: Safe and creative spaces, equipped with modern equipment, that encourage physical and social activities for little ones.
2. Central pedestrian walkway: Made with durable materials and geometric lines, these walkways connect all areas of the park, providing easy access and a contemporary aesthetic.
3. Seating and socializing areas: Strategically placed benches surrounded by greenery provide a place for visitors to relax. Modern urban furniture combined with decorative plant elements provide both comfort and a pleasant look. Areas with benches
   semicircular benches surrounded by vegetation create intimate places for rest and conversation.
4. Decorative green space: The generous lawn area and existing trees have been integrated to preserve the natural character of the space, providing shade and a pleasant microclimate. Landscaped gardens with ornamental plants and landscape arrangements, which add to the aesthetics and help reduce pollution.
5. Adjacent parking: Well-integrated parking spaces to facilitate access for residents.
6. Sports areas: Spaces for sports activities, designed for young people and active adults.
